Return Policy

During the reflection period (14 days), the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. He or she will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the product.

• If you need to return your purchase, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the purchase.
• The product(s) must be in original condition.
• Due to the nature of the products that we sell, we will not be able to replace or refund unwanted items if they have been opened or any seals are broken.
• If you return your purchase, after verifying that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund.
• Your refund will automatically be credited to the original method of payment, within 7 days.
• The refund will not include the import duties or the cost of delivery or return postage.
